I wonder if you have tried the newly installed Microsoft Outlook 2007 that fails to open or has an error (for example, failed to log in to VB Script DLL)?
If you have this problem, please follow the steps below to set it up, and it is very simple:
1. Go to Start->Microsoft Office->Microsoft Office Tools->Microsoft Office 2007 Language Settings
2. In the editing language, change the main editing language to Chinese (Taiwan),
3. Finally confirm.
PS: If you still have the same problem after opening the setting, you need to remove the "Chinese (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)" in the editing language that has been enabled after the steps, and finally confirm.
When you restart, you will find that OUTLOOK 2007 can be opened normally, and there is no need to display the error message "Failed to log in to VB Script DLL".
If you are using the English version of OUTLOOK 2007, change the editing language to English (America) in the second step, and then confirm it.
After the setting is completed, there is no problem if you want to change the main editing language back.
The above method can be used in windows xp, Windows vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10
